- How can I make a reservation?
- We accept reservations via email for those who require assistance in English.
Make a reservation - Why is advance reservation required?
- All of our rooms are traditional Japanese-style rooms (washitsu) and do not have fixed beds. We prepare futons based on the number of guests for each reservation. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate walk-in guests on short notice.
- Can children stay at the accommodation?
- For children, room availability is subject to conditions due to stair access within the facility. Please contact us in advance. Reservations made for adults only cannot include children.

Please note that our facility does not have an elevator, and guestes will need to use the stairs. The top floor is the third floor.
